At Eclat BMX, we stand by the quality of our components and offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you ordered the wrong offset or changed your mind on a colorway, we are here to ensure you get the right gear for your ride.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused BMX parts in their original branded boxes, ensuring all spacers, bolts, and stickers are included before sealing the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the components, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
